  Payment Methods

Payment can be made by Cheque, Paypal or PAYOffLine

Cheques: Please make payable to Mrs K Sketchley. Goods will be posted upon clearance of cheque.

Paypal: This method enables you to pay by Paypal or by Debit or Credit Card.

Please note that you do not need to have a paypal account to pay by this method.

PayOffline: This option allows you to pay by cash or debit card at any shop that displays the PayOffline Logo.

This now includes the Post Office.

When you complete your order you will be sent an invoice with a Barcode, take this barcode to the Post Office to pay for your order.

Delivery Dates

Items that are in stock will be despatched within 48 hours.

If items have to be ordered I will advise as to when the goods will be despatched.

Please allow 28 days for delivery.

Postage: Items will be posted by 1st Class, 1st Class Recorded, Special Delivery or by Courier as appropriate.

MAXIMUM Postage charge to Mainland UK Addresses £8.50 (Maximum 2 rugs)

Postage will be combined on all purchases.

To comply with Paypal's insurance cover all items paid for my paypal will be sent via a tracked method.

Items will be posted on Mondays. Wednesdays and Fridays.

Items can be posted on other days by arrangement - upgrade of postage method can be arranged to guarantee delivery.

All items can be posted worldwide - Please email for a price quote.

Returns: All items can be returned or exchanged.

If an item is to be refunded the postage will not be reimbursed and return postage will be payable by the purchaser.
