Payment Methods
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Debit / Credit Card or Paypal.

Bank Transfer: Bank Details will be provided when this payment method is chosen.
Paypal: This method enables you to pay by Paypal or by Debit or Credit Card.

Please note that you do not need to have a paypal account to pay by this method.

Delivery Dates
Items will be despatched within 3 working days.
Postage
Items will be posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48, Special Delivery or by Evri Couriers as appropriate.
Postage will be combined on all purchases.
To comply with Paypal's insurance cover all items paid for my paypal will be sent via a tracked method.
All items can be posted worldwide - Please email for a price quote.
Returns
All items (except riding hats) can be returned or exchanged if they don't fit.
When an item is returned, please ensure that the item is returned in a re-saleable condition within 14 days, is in it's original packaging and has tags attached.
If items are returned in a non re-saleable condition they will be returned to you at the address they were originally posted to. An administration charge of £5 will be charged to cover postage costs to return to you.
Exchanges: If you would like an exchange, please message me so I can reserve an item or order the item in if required.
Please ensure that you have a receipt for the return of the item, be it with Royal Mail or courier.
The cost of the postage to return the exchange is payable by the purchaser in both directions.
Refunds: If an item is to be refunded the initial postage will not be reimbursed and return postage will be payable by the purchaser.
If an order including items which were sold with free postage is to be refunded in full, an administration charge will be deducted from the final refund corresponding to the initial postage cost that Forest View Equestrian paid.
